🌟 Meet the Ramos family! From left to right: Alberto, Alfonso, Alejandro, Fernando, and Miguel Ramos. 👨👩👦👦 When we say we’re a family-oriented company, we mean it! At Ruppert, recruiting through spheres of influence is part of our culture, leading to generations and layers of family working together. 🏡💚 The Ramos family is a shining example. This group includes three brothers (Fernando, Alejandro, and Alfonso) and their nephews (Alberto and Miguel). Alejandro and Fernando started with us in 2016 on the Rec Pier Hotel project, where their efforts helped us significantly beat our hours. Since then, the rest of the family has joined the Maryland landscape construction branch, playing key roles in some of our most challenging construction projects. 💪🏗️ Currently they’re here on temporary work visas, but we’re proud to sponsor all five to become permanent residents.
