Last week, some of our recent graduates attended the Ohio University Russ College of Engineering & Technology Fall Career Fair to find students that are interested in interning with Ruscilli or joining us full-time after graduation. We are always looking for bright young talent to join our team! Shout out to our Project Engineers for being great ambassadors for our company.

Yesterday, a couple of our recent OSU graduates returned to their alma mater for The Ohio State University- Construction, Civil, & Environmental Engineering Career Fair! They did an awesome job representing Ruscilli, and we met some great candidates for our 2025 summer internship program. We will be attending the Ohio University Career fair next week, so come by and say "hi" if you see us there!
Thanks for coming to the Groundbreaking! We're excited to be the construction manager on this project, and we're proud to bring such an important training center to the Eastland-Fairfield community!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Ruscilli Construction for a day of company team building in Ostrander! This large group of volunteers was able to split up into smaller groups and accomplish many miscellaneous tasks around Evonne's future home. Take a fresh look at this historic site! This drone footage, courtesy of our friends at the Ohio Department of Transportation, is from the site of the first junior high school built in the United States. The former Indianola Middle School in Columbus, which was built in 1909, is in the process of being transformed for the 21st century. The Metro Schools are in the process of turning the site into a state-of-the-art STEM school. Thanks to the collaboration between Metro Schools, The Ohio State University, and Battelle, the site is being reimagined to inspire future innovators. The site sat vacant since 2010 before OSU purchased the site in 2018 and progress continues to upgrade this facility for a new generation. Thank you to the members of our team who have worked so diligently on this project, including Project Manager Dorothy Leachman and recently retired Project Manager Nathan Jones.
