I will not buy Samsung Mobile in future because...... Dear Samsung Electronics, Samsung India, and Samsung Research As a loyal Samsung user, I was excited to receive the latest 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 for my 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘅𝘆 𝗔𝟱𝟯 𝟱𝗚 last Sunday. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when a green line appeared on my display post-update. To add to my frustration, Samsung is asking me to pay for a display replacement just because my phone is out of warranty. It's not just me—this issue has been prevalent in your S series, and now it seems to be affecting the A series as well. While you've acknowledged and addressed the problem for S series users, it's disappointing to see that A series users are left to bear the cost of a fault clearly caused by your update. As a company renowned for #innovation and #customer #satisfaction, I urge Samsung to take #responsibility for this issue and provide a free display replacement for all affected A series users. Even though the data from #Canalys shows a tie between #Vivo and #Xiaomi in shipments, the agency has captioned the news showing Xiaomi as the No. 1 after 6 quarters. The figure taken by them includes Xiaomi and #Poco it says. As per #IDC based on the combined data for Xiaomi and Poco, Xiaomi was already No. 1 in Q1 as it showed an 18.7% share ahead of Samsung at 16.2%. Even if we take the overall data from IDC for 2023, Xiaomi and Poco combined had a share of 17.3% against a 17% share of Samsung. I don't understand why Xiaomi waited for Canalys to announce them as the No. 1 after 6 quarters in Q2 2024, when on the parameters used by Canalys they were already No. 1 as per IDC in 2023 as a whole.😃 Wake up guys. Based on what I am reading nowadays things don't look good for #Samsung in India. Allegedly 1. Samsung is losing market share 2. Samsung is losing people 3. Samsung is losing share to Apple in the Super Premium segment 4. Samsung is facing quality issues with their AMOLED screen phones 5. Samsung is losing share in the Folding Phone category. However all of the above aside, one has to appreciate it is the only company to show a profit YoY for the last 10 years. No other mobile company can boast of this record. For some of the others it happens once in 2-3 years and some not even once in the last 10 years. Just to share, Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd reported its revenues for 2022-23 at Rs 98,924 crore, a 16 per cent jump since the last financial year. The company further reported a net profit of Rs 3,452 crore during the same fiscal. 🤔 Samsung India

Disappointing experience with Samsung BKC and product quality. - Purchased Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in Oct '24 - Right earbud stopped charging properly within 2 weeks - Visited store 3 times, was lied to once about replacement done but faced the same issue, diverted to multiple teams - No resolution, refund, or replacement despite providing proof. - I was called by some team saying please we cannot give you a replacement. Do they expect me to visit the store every week? Is This the Samsung India Standard? I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Samsung India. I recently purchased a brand new Samsung mobile, and with it, I received a watch. The watch’s battery was pathetic, so I requested a replacement. Since then, they have been trying to give me a second-hand watch instead of a proper replacement. The watch I received initially was clearly second-hand – dust particles and no lamination, which Samsung India claims is acceptable for a "new" piece. The mobile's battery is third-class; it doesn’t even last for half the day! To make matters worse, Samsung India has already vanished with my original watch, and every time they return a so-called replacement, it's another second-hand piece. If you want to buy Samsung products, get ready to receive second-hand items at the cost of a new product. It’s clear that Samsung India does not know what customer service is, nor do they understand what product standards should be. As a customer, I expect a level of quality and service that matches the brand’s reputation, especially when Samsung aims to compete with industry giants like Apple. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. My appeal: Never buy a Samsung product. Is this really the standard Samsung India holds itself to?
