I have been in search for a senior position to make full use of my experience & knowledge gained with years of multiple roles + field exposures such as shift supervisor, head of production, operation project engineer + procurement, product costing engineer, etc. My intention is to benefits potential employer advancing their business. During my search; I noticed a few occasions where same company keeps advertising for the same role & position after a few months or a years later. This had kept me wondering what is wrong at that particular company? They demanded candidate with MBA qualification, 10-15 years of working experience with global operation exposures; so why the chosen one left after a relatively short period? Is it due to company culture difference or selected candidate did not perform up to employer’s expectation? Could it be the position is too challenging that he/she failed to keep-up with work pressure?
I am in mid-50’s now with lots of experience and exposure in different positions plus managing different countries operation during my tenure at REHAU.
