Thanks for putting together this great meeting Riskcast Solutions. One of my key takeaways from the meeting is that CTOs and CIOs is an investment construction companies are making that is really starting to pay big dividends. Mike Rascona from E-J Electric Installation Co. and Josh Adams at R.T. Moore made great points about getting out into the field, shop, and yard and spend time with folks doing all the various roles. Deeply understanding construction work allows us all to be better partners. Several other take-aways: "we must have trusted core data on labor, equipment, and production", "transparency", "capture it once...use it everywhere", "it is better to negotiate a project than to bid a project", "we need to stop letting the tail wag the dog". Great stuff and proud that Tenna could have a seat at this table!
