I wonder if there is a study on the costs and representation implications of Ranked Choice Voting. If you look at a state like Georgia, where Runoff elections happen every year in most major seats, and how many fewer people vote in the runoff elections, it makes intuitive sense to move in this direction. https://lnkd.in/g-s-5kKd
