16 luxury apartments were raised and renovated by Bildurn using SubFloor acoustic flooring. 🌟 To level the floor over old wooden floorboards, the entire floor was raised to accommodate insulation and installations between them. By incorporating acoustic feet, we successfully met the acoustic requirements and effectively dampened vibrations between apartments. The use of fibre-reinforced screws and slow-grown Swedish pine ensured that the SubFloor system met all load requirements. Additionally, the ease of assembly contributed to a faster installation process, making this project a tremendous success! 27 days to go. There are three stages to installing the fireplace. During framing, we get the rough opening done based on the fireplace specs. The electrician and plumber do the rough for power and gas. In the 2nd stage (this picture), the fireplace team install the unit, connect the venting as well as some advanced venting like the one required here for heat shift to keep the walls cool and make the unit more efficient. COMMERCIAL BUILDING ‘LOTUS PRIME’ - Brasília, Brazil 📍 The Lotus Prime is a commercial #building designed to accommodate various facilities such as rooms, offices, and parking lots. Its #construction encompasses two underground levels made of reinforced #concrete and three above-ground levels, including the ground floor, 1st floor, and terrace, constructed using a combination of #steel and concrete #structures. The architectural concept involves the arrangement of overlapping blocks between the ground floor and upper levels, creating a visually dynamic composition. 😍

We provided SubFloor raised steel flooring to renovate, raise and level a listed museum floor into a modern meeting space in Liverpool! ⭐️ Due to the building being listed, non-destructive assembly methods were required, but as SubFloor could simply be glued onto the base, this wasn't an issue. Byram Construction installed the raised flooring which allowed for easy air flow ventilation, as well as access to any underfloor services, making maintenance in the long term much easier. Our fibre-reinforced screws and steel joists allowed the system to meet all of the load requirements, and with the ease of setting up the flooring to the shape and height of the rooms, this greatly increased the speed of the assembly and project.
