The 12 deals of Christmas… The RX London team had a very busy end to 2024 with 12 deals signing over the festive break ✍️and a few more yet to be announced…🤐 A huge well done to our team for their relentless hard work 💪 1. Exchanged contracts for the sale of St Brides House (50,000 sq ft). 2. Secured the managed letting of the Cat A+ 6th floor (3,500 sq ft) at the Heal’s Building on behalf of General Projects and KKR. 3. Exchanged the AFL for the 4th floor (4,500 sq ft) at 6 Duke Street on behalf of Darin Partners. This follows the 3rd floor letting which signed in October. 4. Letting of the 2nd floor (7,500 sq ft) at Devonshire House to an investment company. 5. Letting of the fully managed ground floor (1,220 sq ft) at SIX on behalf of GPE. 6. Signed on the 3rd floor (30,000 sq ft) at the Northcliffe to a legal occupier. 7. Letting of the ground floor (2,173 sq ft) at 44 Whitfield Street to an exciting healthcare occupier. 8. Assignment of a floor (2,138 sq ft) at 7-11 Cavendish Place to a property company. 9. Letting of the final floor (893 sq ft) at 8 Golden Square which means the building is now fully let. 10. Exchanged the AFL for the 3rd floor (2,829 sq ft) at The Hide to a global beauty brand on behalf of Shaftesbury Capital PLC. 11. Letting of the fully managed 1st floor (5,490 sq ft) at SIX on behalf of GPE. 12. Signed a fully managed letting (1,000 sq ft) at Hub Hub, 20 Farringdon Street within one week on behalf of HB Reavis.
