Self-care looks different for everyone. Instead of telling you what, I offer this opportunity to reflect and cleary define what self-care looks like for you. Not sure how to answer that for yourself? Imagine how you would you care for others: Do you need a hug, a meal, a nap, or more routine? Remember, self-care doesn't have to be grandiose; it should be constant and ongoing. Take just 2 minutes and write down anything that comes to mind that could feel like self-care—from the tiniest thing to the biggest thing you think would help you and everything in between. Then, review the list and select one or two things you can legitimately do for yourself today/this week.
