In this episode I share how the conference in Colorado went. It was amazing! Colorado runs a great conference, and this was their best turn out ever! We had two hours to discuss posture, and I think we opened some minds. I also share that we were waitlisted for the AOTA conference in 2025. I'm bummed but it's ok. We'll keep plugging away at getting the science of fascia into the hands of OT practitioners and others who are open!  Take a course and keep listening! David was in our cycling program about 20 years ago. 3 years he spent in Europe with us, chasing his dream to make impact via cycling. He was not the winner of the team, but even more so was he the teamleader. Leading by example was/is his forte. Never walking away from the hard labour, but always looking for occasions to turn them into opportunities with his smart and joyful approach.
