Quoting with agents is gonna continue to get easier and easier with quote to bind tech. Some agents take an offensive mindset on how they’ll leverage to win the market Some take a defensive mindset dreading how many clients they’re gonna lose. Regardless of where you fall…your client experience is going to be the only factor that will attract or keep policyholders. They can find rate anywhere

Somehow and someway people find what they are looking for. We all get to our own level the quote bind and issue is now table stakes. The real battle is when a customer is denied satisfaction. What are the mechanics involved to immediately embrace the suck and then help find a home for someone unhappy.

Competing on price is a losing battle with diminishing reruns for any business. Customers WILL and Do pay more for a consistently seamless, trustworthy experience. The client experience isn’t a Cool-aid for the times- one to be marketed and fluffed off. Client Experience is the Elixer to the price wars! Great post Ryan.
