Happy 50th work anniversary MOM! 🎉 What an incredible milestone of dedication and hard work. My parents have taught me so much about values, hard work, and doing what's right. These milestones are slowly becoming a thing of the past, I can promise you that. Our generation is not as tough as the generations before us; we have it so much easier, whether we want to admit it or not. Both of my parents are true role models for the working class. I couldn't be more proud to be their son. Their commitment has shown me day in and day out how to run my life, my business, and how people should be treated. Great event and an amazing charity!

On March 1 2024, I received the dreaded phone call that one of our buildings was on fire. The mix of emotions and questions racing through my mind as I approached the facility was intense. Is everyone safe? How did this happen? Will the building survive this? As I arrived it was evident that this was not a minor incident. With roads closed and five fire departments on the scene, the situation was serious. Fortunately, their swift action contained the fire and prevented further damage. After navigating through months of discussions with the insurance company, we have permits to construct a new facility. While it was unexpected for 2024 list to do, we are adapting to this challenge and moving forward with the project. Today we started the demolition of our old facility, which served us for seven years, making way for a new, state-of-the-art building to accommodate our growing needs.
