Some key themes and takeaways that we discussed: 🔹 Partnering vs. Acquiring: It’s critical to assess when each approach best serves growth and innovation goals. 🔹 Navigating Challenges in Partnerships: Collaborating with large organizations often means navigating established processes, which can overwhelm smaller companies. Having a dedicated champion within the larger strategic partner is essential to navigate complexities and explore cross-business opportunities. 🔹 Strength in Digital Ecosystem Partnerships: In today’s digital health landscape, no one company can do it all. For solutions to reach a price point that payors can afford, we must optimize the entire value chain—lowering costs, standardizing data sharing, enabling interoperability, navigating regulatory requirements and scaling effectively. 🔹 Focus and Prioritization: Startups and entrepreneurs must define their 'target outcomes' and ask for help strategically.
