I have heard from so many businesses over the years who struggle with hiring the "right" people. My thoughts are and I am a true believer in... HIRING FOR CULTURE FIT AND ATTITUDE NOT THE RESUME AND SKILL SET! Utilize your Core Values during the interview process. Don't have Core Values, then develop them! They are your guiding light in your business and will help you make the right hiring decisions.
