As the leader of Floorworld, I take pride in fostering a work environment that values not just professional excellence, but also a strong sense of camaraderie and connection among our valued employees. Over the last few months I’ve started to partner more closely with Byteboard customers ranging from teams of <10 hiring their first (critical) engineers to organizations with $XXB+ in revenue. Just this week we’ve continued to have engaging conversations and workshops with our partners ranging from: - Collaboration with recruiters to map new role requirements to Byteboard assessments that align to required skills - Reducing and understanding risk in headcount planning - Celebration of the first offer accepted (and not the last) from a candidate who completed a Byteboard assessment for a recently onboarded customer - How to think through establishing KPIs (including benchmarks and targets) for recruiting orgs - Earning trust from hiring managers (and candidates) through comprehensive and consistent assessments (hello fairness and equity!) And the year isn't even over yet. So excited to continue to partner on plans and roadmaps for the year ahead! 🎉
