This is really worth revisiting so I’m bringing it back to your feed. Have someone , maybe this person isn’t in automotive, do a shopping exercise on your website (idk why but I don’t like the phrase mystery shop) and ask for not only the cadence of the communication touchpoints - but the way it resonated with them. But. Then. Does your digital retailing send out an email first ? What’s the context of the email communication? Is the next follow up from the store referencing the specifics that the customer or client changed when they were engaging with digital retail? How can we make this experience personal and engaging - not just for the better experience but for the better engagement rate, appointment set and show rate etc. orrrrr are we just letting digital retail happen TO us. it’s not enough just for it to exist on the website but its your friend. let it be your friend. 🫶🥹🫶
