As a Change Management leader, one of Main and Mission's core capabilities is leading large organizations through digital transformation and adoption, applying our expertise with tools such as SAP EnableNow and WalkMe. Very smart move by SAP from what I can tell. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and the like often get a bad rap for user experience, but they have robust, well-developed design systems and front-end frameworks. Yet, users are often disappointed. Why? The extreme level of customization is a double-edged sword that often hurts their usability and therefore overall UX.
