★ The IT Infrastructure Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the IT implementation and integration efforts during ongoing integration and optimization including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) IT infrastructure exercises. This position requires a seasoned professional with experience in IT infrastructure, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
★ The primary goal is to ensure a seamless integration of IT systems, networks, and technologies from multiple stakeholders, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions.
📑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:
➥ Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and formulate an IT integration strategy aligned with organizational goals.
➥ Develop a comprehensive plan for the integration of IT infrastructure, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and key milestones.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
➥ Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, making
➥ efficient use of internal resources and third-party expertise.
➥ Establish strong working relationships with IT teams from both acquiring and
➥ acquired entities.
