Asking for some help in my network! Do you know someone who works for Meta or anyone who can assist me with an issue I am having with my Facebook account? I don't use the platform that much, but I am trying to help my wife sell a few things that we don't need anymore on Facebook Marketplace. When I try and access the marketplace, it says I can't buy or sell items on Facebook, and gives me an error message that says "We found that your listings didn't follow our Community Standards. If you think we've made a mistake, you can request a review to restore your access to Marketplace." When I click on the button that says "Request Review", it doesn't do anything. This has happened to me once before but the issue was fixed by itself. If anyone can point me in the right direction or tag the company/an employee in the company who can help, I would greatly appreciate it. TikTok just got banned today 😲 or at least that’s what the headlines want you to focus on but let’s not forget the people affected by the story. So TikTok was forced to shut down its offices in Vancouver and Toronto, but you can still access the app. While it’ll be business as usual for advertisers, creators, and users, the real story is in the hundreds of people who were blindsided by these layoffs. Which one?!?! Monday rant incoming; 😅 I know it's more of an agency problem than anything else, but do you also get hit by emails like the one in the picture? While the content of this particular email is of more general nature, I am always left wondering "Which one?" Especially when something is flagged as an error, and you don't know for which account it happened... 🫠 Soo many different services never account for you to be attached to multiple accounts, if it's regarding weekly updates or even how easy it is to log in. I spoke with a founder acquired by Snapchat for €350m. Amazing right? Not so fast. What he told me changed how I view organic growth forever: When we met, he generously spent an hour showing us around their beautiful office in downtown Paris. But what stuck with me wasn’t the office or even their success—it was his daily routine. This guy blocked off half of his day (every single day!) to be on the phone with their most active users. Not support calls, not sales. Real conversations. He asked how they were doing, gathered feedback, and even offered to send them merch. Imagine receiving a personal call from one of the founders, just to ask about your experience. Imagine how much more connected you’d feel to that product. By doing this, he developed razor-sharp intuition about what really mattered to their users. Speaking to over 100 users a week meant he could instinctively understand which features to prioritize, which problems to solve, and where to steer the product. All from the frontlines of user feedback. What stood out to me was the passion. Passion for the users and for constantly improving the product. The best founders know that the sole purpose of a product is to make the user happy. They’re relentless in their pursuit of it. Not every startup needs a COO on the phone all day, but think about the impact: a leader who’s so connected to the user that they influence the entire company culture. That’s how you build a passionate community. And that’s why they won.

What if you lose access to a Facebook Business Page with only one admin? Today, I’d like to share my experience about losing access to a Facebook business page and how I successfully recovered it. I was managing my company’s Facebook Business Page through a personal account, which was the only admin with full control of the page. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled that account for an unknown reason, causing me to lose access to the business page as well. Since the business page is crucial for us, I had to find a way to recover access and transfer admin rights to another account. Here’s how I did it: 1️⃣ Contacting Meta Support: Although there’s no direct option to contact Facebook support, I accessed the Meta Business Suite and connected with the Meta Support Team through the live chat option. I explained my situation, and they guided me to prepare the following documents: 1.Identification Document: A valid ID of the person requesting access. 2.Signed Attestation Letter 3.Ownership Document: An official document proving my ownership of the page. For more details about these documents, you can refer to this link: https://lnkd.in/gSZ5jH5V. 2️⃣ Submitting the Documents: I compiled all the required documents into a single PDF, created a new support case, referenced my previous case ID, and attached the documents via chat. 3️⃣ Following Up: I regularly followed up on the support case. After waiting for about a month, I finally regained access to my Facebook Business Page! To avoid situations like this, here are my recommendations: •Add a Backup Admin: Always add at least one additional person as an admin with full control. •Set Up Meta Business Suite: Use the suite to set your page access under your business portfolio. •Follow Up Regularly: If you raise a support case, follow up frequently to ensure it progresses. It has been roughly 7 weeks since the news regarding the global layoffs at TikTok were talked about and of course... the memories that happened 2 years ago returned like a haunting nightmare, extremely heart-wrenching to witness numerous rounds too.
