By asking for help, we show our colleagues that we trust the quality of their work. What's more - they will observe that it's okay to ask for help! Show colleagues that you need them. Happy hours, carry ins, sports leagues, and other recreational activities are also good ways to build teams. Finding time to laugh and connect is as important as meeting a deadline and hitting that workplace "homerun." Finally, volunteering to serve others is another excellent way to strengthen a team. Our People team is glad to have spent time at The Rescue Mission in November, and at Hope's Harbor and Abbett Elementary School in December. (THANK YOU, to all three organizations, for hosting us!)
