Going to use these as an example of combining the information, asking questions and then getting it to come up with potentially better questions to ask. I've just used this to ask the following question for any parlimentary candidates to answer (preferably honestly): "Currently, the average waiting time for an ADHD diagnosis is seven years, whilst for Autism is is around 18 months to 3 years. What is being done to help individuals obtain a diagnosis? What initiatives are being proposed to improve the efficiency of referral systems, specialised training for healthcare professionals, and increased support throughout the diagnostic process?" Do YOU have a busy schedule, but still want to do all of these in a low time commitment setting (1> hr/wk)? WELL I'VE GOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU! INTRODUCING... GIRLS NOT GOING BACK!! Girls Not Going Back is an ONLINE initiative seeking to recruit young women between the ages of 15-20 to digitally aid the Harris-Walz campaign. This opportunity is open to young women ACROSS THE UNITED STATES! For Girls Not Going Back, a team of young women from across the United States will be selected to make entertaining Instagram content to support the Harris-Walz campaign. This initiative will largely be based around promoting the Harris-Walz campaign to a young female demographic (18-20 year old women), as well as educating soon-to-be voters on current events, issues, the election, and the like. The content created through this initiative will be based around current trends, memes, and pop culture, as they pertain to young women. Around 15-20 young women will be selected for this exclusive opportunity. Only young women with some form of relevant experience (political campaigns, politics, bill-writing, social media content creation, etc) will be considered. Although this is an initiative with a low time commitment for membership, all members must be willing and able to create quality content. Therefore, the threshold for relevant experience is required to be met. This initiative will look like: An initial Zoom meeting so that members can meet each other, but after that, Zoom meetings will be scheduled as needed, but 99% of communication will be done through a team group chat. Each participating team member will be required to make AT LEAST ONE quality post for the Instagram page EVERY OTHER WEEK. There will be a team calendar signaling the days that each member must have content prepared by and to post. The goal is to release AT LEAST ONE post per day. Although this is quite a large amount of content, the work will be split evenly between ~15-20 team members, making the workload making the workload significantly smaller for each individual member. Yesterday, the UK International Development Committee published its report on The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's (FCDO) approach to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) (link below).   The report states that the SRH funding cuts in 2020 have had a “devastating” affect on women and girls, with the “deepest impact on the most marginalised and women and girls and people with disabilities” in particular. We have been acutely aware of the impact of these cuts through our work on the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health programme (WISH). We stand with our partners MSI Reproductive Choices in supporting the report’s recommendations for long-term, and reliable investment, and call on the UK Government to commit to an annual spend of 5% of overseas development assistance (ODA) on sexual and reproductive health and rights. We also support the report’s call for key targets and regular updates on progress towards FCDO’s work on ending preventable deaths of mothers, babies and children by 2030 and strengthening health systems.   Finally, we urge the UK government to continue its leadership and investment in ending female genital mutilation (FGM), and support the report’s call that the “UK Government should renew its commitment to preventing female genital mutilation through funding multilateral and bilateral programmes, including those tackling the medicalisation of FGM and ‘cross-border cutting’”. We are committed to continue working alongside FCDO and our partners in ending this harmful practice through our programme 'The Africa-Led Movement to End Female Genital Mutilation: The Girl Generation'.

This is a subject that is becoming increasingly destigmatized as our aging population grows exponentially, and with it, the need for a paradigm shift in treatment availability, information and caregiver support. Wendy Williams has been the top trending person searched in the US this past week, but the related topic that has spiked by over 1000% is #frontotemporaldementia. It's worth noting that early onset dementia reached a 5 year high in January 2024 in the US, and "early onset dementia risk factors" searches have increased by 600% over the past month. Japan is the top country searching for dementia in the past year, followed by the UK and the Netherlands. Breakout searches in the US over the past month include "what is global aphasia," while searches for "frontal lobe dementia causes" have spiked by 600% globally over the past week.
