We’ve recently hosted Social Media Workshops at our London and Bunnik offices, and it was fantastic to see so many colleagues come together to sharpen their social media skills. We often talk about how important open communication is to a company's success. But how to make it truly work and not just remain a buzzword? One effective way is through internal events – an excellent tool that not only engages and unites people, but also reinforces the company's values in a practical way. Let me share with you some types of internal events we've held for our teams during the past month alone: "𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸" 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 provided a unique opportunity for our Warsaw team to interact directly with top management. We discussed global strategic updates, and everyone was able to ask questions and share their thoughts in a Q&A format, fostering transparency and trust. We launched the "𝗪𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲" project, a new online event format to showcase our global expertise and industry leadership. The first session focused on marketing, bringing together Growe ambassadors to share unique features and insights from our various markets. Our quarterly strategic "𝗤-𝗗𝗮𝘆" meetings unite employees around the world to discuss common goals, celebrate successes, and align our efforts toward a shared vision. The most recent event focused specifically on our expansion plans. All of these events allow employees to interact with the speakers and ask questions. Growe's management is also open to communication, and anyone can write directly to our CEO and receive a response. Staying connected fosters a sense of community and alignment within our teams. It ensures that every voice is heard and that we work together toward common goals that drive both individual and company growth. #GroweCulture #OpenCommunication #EmployeeEngagement

At Mulberry Marketing, we understand the pivotal role communication plays in fostering a thriving company culture. Our client, Garrun Group champions open and clear communication, and with their regional branch network, we have had to come up with some creative ways to ensure channels of communication stay accessible to all their teams. In 2020, we assisted with virtual business update sessions amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Fast forward to 2022, and we introduced a hybrid model named First Thursday, broadcasting vital business updates and team announcements from their Johannesburg-based head office to branches nationwide. Their March First Thursday event saw yet another adaptation of this communication model. Through a professionally pre-recorded panel discussion featuring key leaders they were able to unveil their theme for 2024, outlining the group strategy, and sharing company objectives and goals with the wider team. Drawing insights from their Branch Partner Conference, themed 'Turning Chaos into Triumph', the discussion was robust and aimed at equipping the team with a holistic understanding of the company's future direction. To enhance the experience, we facilitated a 'screening' session for teams across all branches where they enjoyed custom snack packs, fostering valuable discussion and camaraderie.
