🎉 And that’s a wrap! 🚵♂️ We're thrilled to congratulate Warrick Heald from Osseointegration International on completing the Tour Divide! The Tour Divide is an ultra-endurance bikepacking race that spans the entire length of the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Starting in Banff, Alberta, Canada, it criss-crosses the Continental Divide and finishes at the US/Mexico border in Antelope Wells, New Mexico, covering approximately 4,418 kilometres of gruelling terrain. Warrick's journey was filled with incredible wildlife encounters, including 5 bears (thankfully without altercations), 1 wolf, 2 coyotes, 1 road runner, 2 marmots, 1 raccoon, 2 tarantulas, numerous elk and deer, and wild horses. In Warrick’s words....... “I’m relieved and proud to have finished the route as it was extremely challenging and one of those things where the enjoyment comes afterwards! The first week was all about getting my body to accept up to 18hrs a day on the bike, the second week was about mentally accepting the race as I then knew what I was in for, then the final week was pushing through all the fatigue. All the preparation into training and gear selection paid off as the bike made it without any major mechanicals and my body held up, just.” Our team at Sabre Medical is incredibly proud to have sponsored Warrick in this monumental ride, with all proceeds going to his chosen charity, Limbs 4 Life. Limbs 4 Life provides invaluable support to amputees, their families, and caregivers, empowering them through peer support programs, assistance in finding prostheses, and more. Well done, Warrick! We hope you enjoy some well-deserved R&R now that you are home. #tourdivide #ultraendurance #bikepacking #limbs4life #innovation #sabremedical

Day 12 as #CMO Tried kayaking, rafting, and ziplining near Dandeli. For context: I can’t swim, and I’m afraid of heights. Sounds fun, right? Making the decision to go for it? A bit nerve-wracking. But I’m all about diving into new adventures. The result? You lose your fears, boost your confidence, and feed your soul with a healthy dose of thrill. Here’s the takeaway : When life throws you a challenge, don’t just watch it sail by. Big or small, the effort of trying is what counts. A short vacation might be just what you need to reboot, trust me, adventure has never disappointed. #CMO #GeniexMedia #growth #marketing #personalgrowth Abdul Aziz Nauman Neha Gowda T Jai Surya Prasad Geniex Media

The photo shows a race between dogs and a cheetah, aiming to see who was the fastest. Everyone was surprised that the cheetah did not move from its place. We asked the race coordinator what had happened. After seeing the photo, he responded : Sometimes, trying to prove you are the best is an insult. MORAL 📈Focus your energy on tasks and projects that have a real impact and are important for your progression or that of your company. We don't need to lower ourselves to others level to show our strength. 💪🏼Have confidence in your skills and abilities without constantly feeling the need to demonstrate them to others. Your work and results will speak for themselves. 🤝Avoid unnecessary comparisons unnecessary competitions with your colleagues. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Focus on your own development and growth. ⏳Manage your energy and time strategically. Invest them in productive and meaningful tasks rather than in confrontations or unnecessary competitions. 🌟Respect the skills and talents of your colleagues. Recognizing the value of others does not diminish your own. Working together collaboratively often leads to better results than working in competition. 🧠Think carefully and save your energy for what you deserve... 🐆The cheetah uses its speed only for hunting, not to prove to the dogs that it is the fastest and the strongest. 🚀Like the cheetah, use your strengths and talents strategically and productively, without being distracted by the need to continuously prove your worth to others.

Retired MiLB Player - CEO of Man-Made. We help retired athletes, veterans, and professional men find their tribe in our exclusive "Man-Made" community while creating badass experiences.
This year, I took on the challenging Bighorn Trail Run (a 32-mile race)—an experience I'll never forget. Covering 32 miles through the rugged and scenic terrain of the Bighorn Mountains was incredibly tough but incredibly rewarding. While health and wellness are top priorities for me as a leader and a father, these 32 miles felt daunting before arriving at the race. However, I set a steady pace from the starting line, navigating through the early morning mist and dense forest paths. While trekking through the course, I faced steep climbs and rocky descents as the race progressed. The one thing that never wavered in this journey? My focus and determination to finish it out. The grueling conditions tested my limits, but I drew energy from the stunning views and the supportive cheers of fellow runners and spectators. All the preparation and dedication paid off as I powered through the toughest segments, maintaining a strong rhythm in breath and pace. Crossing the finish line was triumphant, encapsulating months of hard work, training, and mental fortitude. My performance at the Bighorn Trail Run is a testament to my passion for staying fit and pushing myself beyond the limits I previously believed I had. Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way. Your encouragement means the world to me! Don’t forget this today: Keep pushing yourself in new ways and STAY COMFORTABLE in the UNCOMFORTABLE. #RaceDay #StayUncomfortable #32Miles #GrowthMindset #PersonalDevelopment

Saddle up your horses! Get read for the great adventure. When you hear, “Saddle up your horses / you’ve got a trail to blaze,” what words, thoughts, and feelings appear? Do you tremble at the unknown, shaken by fear? Are you invigorated by excitement as you think about mountain climbing, skydiving, or other high stakes activities? I realize the moment that I start talking about adventure, some may want to join with me and others might shy away from me. I encourage both groups to make a couple of minutes to hear something I have to say about the great adventure. Check out my new post, and let me know what you think in the comments. https://lnkd.in/ea8bkgKc

Chasing Gravel and Growth: A Personal Journey of Resilience This Memorial Day weekend, I embark on my annual pilgrimage to Emporia, Kansas – the undisputed Gravel Capital of the USA. My destination? Unbound Gravel, a grueling 200-mile bike race that pushes me to my physical, mental, and emotional limits. Why subject myself to such a challenge? Because Unbound Gravel is more than a race. It's a crucible that forges resilience. The 11,000 feet of elevation gain, relentless winds, and ever-changing weather are just the external battles. The true test lies within, battling self-doubt and fatigue while pushing forward. Last year's race was a masterclass in adversity. Muddy hikes, thunderstorms, scorching sun, and headwinds for most of the journey tested me to the core. A phone call home became a lifeline, and sheer determination fueled me to the finish line in 19 hours and 39 minutes. This year, my goal remains the same: to finish. Unbound Gravel is notorious for its unpredictable terrain and weather, so the focus is on grit and adaptability. This journey is not just about conquering gravel. It's about conquering myself, pushing my boundaries, and proving that even when things go sideways, resilience can pave the way to success. Here's to chasing the "Crystal Goblet" (the coveted Unbound Gravel 5x finisher's award) and another 1,000 miles on the road to personal growth! #UnboundGravel #GravelCycling #Resilience #growth P.S. Feel free to share your own experiences with overcoming adversity in the comments!
