Up-Skilling Healthcare Professionals| 50k+ People Impacted Across the Globe|

Narendra Modi's vision for a self-reliant India (Aatmanirbhar Bharat) provides the perfect backdrop for this mission. Just as India is revolutionizing its ►Infrastructure ►Technology ►Economy It must invest in the nursing profession to drive meaningful healthcare transformation. Why do Nurses Need the "M"? 👉Mission: Launch a campaign to upskill nurses in communication, leadership, and patient care. 👉Mentorship: Connect senior professionals with young nurses for real-world guidance. 👉Mastery: Offer advanced training in clinical skills and emotional intelligence. ↳By 2030, India will face a shortage of six million nurses. While over 300,000 nursing seats exist in colleges, many remain unfilled because the profession has lost its appeal due to a lack of growth opportunities and workplace challenges. ↳Communication Gaps Lead to Errors Studies show that medical errors are often rooted in miscommunication. Nurses who lack training in communication skills may struggle to coordinate care effectively, impacting patient outcomes. ↳Global Competition and Migration ↳India is the second-largest supplier of nurses globally, but thousands migrate yearly due to better opportunities abroad. While the government plans to send 100,000 nurses to Italy and Germany, this should not overshadow the urgent need to address local workforce issues. This is more than a healthcare issue; it’s a national priority. By placing nurses at the heart of India’s healthcare strategy, we can build a system that’s efficient, compassionate, and globally respected. Let’s not just imagine better healthcare—create it. What’s your take? Let’s discuss how we can make this "Mission" successful. #nurses #healthcare #hospitals

Any profession when is looked up by society is valued. It is this value attachment that’s missing in the minds of our people about nursing. And that’s why best brains donot seek to join nursing. Nevertheless, ‘I want a nurse with computer brain, the gentlest touch, intellectual quickness, and balanced mind to take care of me if I ever have to be at the receiving end of nursing care’- is our attitude. 🙏🏽

No need of your M sir just think about the current situation of India stop deviding people in the name of cast religion stop fighting in the name of Hindu muslim.

Same applies to other professions like physiotherapy, occupational therapy. They have skills to show the sea of difference till rural areas. Unfortunately they are stuck into cash economics in big Metros

The irony of the situation is we are least supportive to those whom we call the pillars of the health care. It's been a profession driven society that's being ruled by only doctors, and no one else. Doctors have been rated as God's. We have never given importance to the team work and combined efforts that's imperatively important for the recovery of the patient. The reason for the biggest talent and brain drain is lack of acknowledgement which are restored by the other world countries. Weather somebody agrees or not the nursing professionals are only remembered in their speeches rest they are only given a second citizen status in their own country.

Absolutely sir, Public private partnership could be a major step..

With our wast nursing resources, still our 60- 80 % private hospitals nursing positions are filled with untrained nurses. We are not using our resources. We produce and export nurses.

A comprehensive strategy to improve the nursing profession involves upgrading education, promoting professional equality, increasing pay, and addressing workforce shortages. By empowering nurses through better training, recognition, compensation, and working conditions, we can strengthen the healthcare system and ensure that nurses are prepared to meet the growing healthcare needs of society.
