Our top reps avg. 60+ dials/day, and you will be calling restaurant operators about payroll - it's not a glamorous market. But it is rewarding. Multiple reps averaging 100%+ of quota attainment. Supportive coaching environment and connected remote culture. Promotion path is very real here, stay tuned, a couple of promotions to be announced in the next few days... Last job post we had 944 candidates, of that 944, ~20 reached out multi-channel, we met with 15 and hired 2. That is 2% of total applicants showing me they know how to cut through the noise.
