The Institute for Information System at the University of Münster scientifically and organizationally supported the pilot phase of DIGIFARM.MS on behalf of the city of Münster. Central aspects of the support included co-organizing networking meetings as well as conducting interviews with users of DIGIFARM.MS. Based on the networking meetings, the results of the interviews, and discussions with the DIGIFARM.MS team, the report provides recommendations for improving various aspects of DIGIFARM.MS. "Both the idea and the piloted implementation of the digital platform Digifarm as an idea farm have consistently received positive feedback from citizens and organizations. However, the concept is not yet fully developed. It is evident that the project originated from an existing, technology-oriented community. Therefore, it is understandable that the process flows work better for certain groups than for others."
