The circular economy offers an alternative to the current 'take-make-waste' approach. It's an economic model based on resource efficiency, minimising waste, and retaining and creating value. At Kingspan, we aim to reduce the negative impact of raw materials while contributing to the transition of the built environment from linear to circular. NextGen is a great example of circular innovation in the port. Companies like Bolder Industries and PureCycle Technologies will soon be working here to process and recycle old materials, such as tires and plastic. By giving waste a second life, they're helping create a more sustainable future. We believe in the power of the circular economy and are taking active steps to collaborate with the entire value chain.
