In this video with Bill and Malissa, we see the use of pepper spray as a tool in self-defence. I've posted many times about how tools can help, but unfortunately, many people purchase them as a shortcut to safety. Malissa is very skilled at violence prevention and self-defence so this becomes an add-on to her safety arsenal, not the only method of personal safety. If I had my way, it would be mandatory for people to learn basic violence prevention and self-defence before adopting tools other than our minds and bodies. #selfdefense #violenceprevention #pepperspray #personalsafety
