Denison's model highlights four key traits that an organization should master to be effective. At the center of the model are the organization’s beliefs and assumptions. These are deep-rooted and often define the identity of the organization. The 4 aspects of the Denison model include:- MISSION: Do we know where are we going? ADAPTABILITY: Are we responding to the external environment? INVOLVEMENT: Are our people aligned and engaged? CONSISTENCY: Do we have the values, systems, and processes in place to create leverage? Within each of these 4 aspects, there are 3 areas of assessment. So, in total 12 areas are assessed to know the percentile score of any organization. For example, if an organization receives a percentile score of 60 in the Strategic intent trait then it means that 60% of the organizations scored lower than this organization on this parameter.
