🇳🇴 Electric Way to partner with Wetteri OY 🇫🇮 We are thrilled to announce that Wetteri Oyj, one of Finland's leading companies in car sales, service, and repair, is now a proud partner of Electric Way! Wetteri will distribute Electric Way's imported electric vehicle brands VOYAH, MHERO, and DONGFENG through their nationwide dealer network in Finland. Electric Way has the import rights for these brands in Norway and Finland, among other countries. This partnership aligns perfectly with our international strategy. - We have established Electric Way AB in Sweden to manage our efforts in the Nordic countries within the EU, and the agreement with Wetteri OY is part of this initiative. We are excited to introduce the full range of brands and models we represent to the Finnish market, says Torje Aleksander Sulland 苏兰德, CEO of Electric Way. - This new agreement replaces a previous representation agreement we had related to these car brands. We welcome the new agreement with Electric Way AB, says Aarne Simula, CEO of Wetteri OY. Electric Way specializes in distribution and innovative digital solutions that bridge the gap between the factory and the dealer. Our primary focus is on brands such as DONGFENG, VOYAH, and MHERO from the manufacturer Dongfeng Motor. The company is part of Sulland Holding. VOYAH, a brand owned by Dongfeng Motor, one of China's largest automakers, was officially launched in Norway through a collaboration with Electric Way. This marked the beginning of Dongfeng's presence in Europe, with Norway as the first market. In connection with the Wetteri agreement, Juha-Pekka Mäkinen will be responsible for Electric Way’s follow-up with local partners in the Finnish market. All good things come in threes. Poland, Portugal in 2023 and now the Baltic countries. We finalized the 3rd phase of our Business Development project in Europe, by the completion of the transfer of #Nissan operations to Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy in 3 Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. After Poland and Portugal, this 3rd phase was an important milestone for us, in line with our distribution strategy in Europe, for sustainable growth that entails #rationalization of our business as well as #prioritization and focus, to transform the corporation into a leaner and more agile company. This partnership with Bassadone Automotive Nordic Oy will ensure the continued success of the #Nissan business in the Baltic countries, improve market focus and agility, and better serve the needs of the company's customers and retail partners.
