There are two essential capabilities for successfully transforming and unlocking Digital Potential. These are the ones that make an organization…a ‘Digital Master’. The two capabilities are “Digital Capability” and “Leadership Capability”. Geroge Westerman, Didier Bonnet, and Andrew McAfee define 4 such levels of Digital Mastery in their book “Leading Digital”. 1/ 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: Low in both Digital and Leadership capabilities. Immature digital culture and management skeptical of technology’s value to the business 2/ 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀: Have every other shiny tech in their inventory but lack vision and strategy.
