Los Angeles venues, hotels, restaurants, mass transit, and airports will have the chance of a lifetime to impress guests from all over the globe as they come for the 2028 Summer Olympics. The majority of my career I’ve called LA home, so you can imagine my pride in seeing this great city get a chance to shine again. Recently, news surrounding LA hasn’t been so positive. Big builds like the Intuit Dome, infrastructure improvements for transit, and hundreds of new restaurants and hotels have been overshadowed by talk of downtown’s homeless population rising. But, LA is so much more than this one fault. It’s a cultural melting pot of diverse communities bonding over shared experiences. These next four years provide a unique opportunity for local businesses, the city, and the people to come together and make a real impact on our guests to create truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. So how do we even start? The key is combining preparation, collaboration, and unity. And don’t forget a warm Angeleno welcome. The goal should be that when guests leave our great city at the end of summer 2028, they leave in awe - not just of the Games, but also of the Los Angeles experience. This is so smart of WanderOn to keep the staff engaged and not letting them work forcefully , Maintaining a Friendly environment at the workplace is so mandatory for the Mental health of employees as well, As I am a learner and exploring the variety of jobs in the market, this is what type of environment I am searching for and I think every young jobseeker also looks for the same cause it's not always about Money🤑, As some of us at this stage might get so busy in corporate world and also, loose college or school friends. Honestly, It gets too frustrating at some point, All I have experienced till yet is finding a good workplace is so Difficult & Necessary too for our Well- being & It is what matters, Working Overtimes & on Holidays even without any extra benefit can be so demotivating, In return, Atleast we can expect an attractive environment to keep ourselves emotionally attached with the workplace & for better productivity! Ever thought about how much space is allocated to parking vs. people in corporate environments? 🚗🆚👨💼 It might surprise you to know that more space goes into parking than for employees. Your typical desk space is around 250 sq ft per person, whereas surface parking is a whopping 400 sq ft per vehicle, and even garage parking ranges from 300-330 sq ft per car. 🤯 More space is dedicated to the cars than the people actually doing the work!
