How do we expect HR's / job / recruitment consultants to hire the right human resource when most of the time they have not gone through the purpose of the job opening, clear profile requirements, resumes of the candidates, salary band etc. They themselves lack clarity. Its all on half cooked information & knowledge. There is no fundamental change in hiring process than adding usage of ATS to reduce workload on filtering of resumes. And then it is like there is a shortage of right talent. It's not that, it is the shortage of long sightedness and finding a clear differentiation between a talent and a normal average professional. Talent needs to be recognized, trained and polished / groomed. Many a times posts remain vacant because of their inability to find a perfect candidate. Unfortunately, most of the HR's / recruitment consultants can't even communicate properly. Even they themselves struggle to find a good job matching their profile and aspirations while looking out for a change. Harsh but true reality. Everyone wants things easy going and HR department is no exception to this. #HR #recruitment #jobs #openings #hiring #managers

As an HR EXPERT #hrexperts #recruiters #hr #hrcommunity, an important part of our Job is to find the RIGHT PERSON. So How do we do that :- 1. Evaluate how well the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience match the requirements of the job. Look for a combination of technical skills, soft skills, and relevant experience that directly align with the responsibilities of the role. 2. Today's time demand Assessment of Cultural Fit. A candidate who shares your company's values and fits well with your team is more likely to thrive and contribute positively to your organization. 3. Look for candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Assess how they approach challenges, overcome obstacles, and think critically to find solutions. 4. Effective communication and Professionalism is a must. 5. Conduct behavioral interviews to assess how candidates have handled situations in the past. Ask questions about specific scenarios or challenges relevant to the role and observe how the candidate responds. L By considering these factors and conducting a comprehensive evaluation, you can better assess whether a candidate is the right fit for the job and your organization's long-term success. #Recruitment #Hiring #TalentAcquisition #JobSearch #HR #Recruiting #CareerOpportunities #JobOpening #Employment #Staffing #Headhunting #HRBestPractices #JobPosting #CareerDevelopment #InterviewTips #JobSeekers #EmployerBranding #HumanResources #CandidateExperience #Onboarding

Recruiting an HR role does not mean you will lose a client. There is this stigma that internal recruiters and external recruiters are always working against each other. I understand the position of both and yes it comes down to job security. The agency recruiter, they are looking to make placements. The internal recruiter wants to show as much value to their organization. When working in agency recruitment, recruiting another HR role means that they could potentially not need an external partner. Does that bring worry? Yes! It is ok if they replace you? Yes! What is most important is knowing that you are helping another organization build for its future. Focus on placing the best candidate that you would want to work with closely if the company has difficult roles to fill. Find someone who would be that A+ client you would like to work with. With that in mind, the worries go away and you can focus on filling the HR position with the best possible candidate. #recruiting #staffing #recruitmentprocess #hiringprocess #recruitingtips

#External #Recruiters bring valuable expertise to the table, offering a deep understanding of industries, job markets, and employment trends. This knowledge enables them to identify top candidates tailored to your specific needs, giving your business a competitive edge in attracting skilled professionals. Recruitment can be a time-consuming and costly endeavor, from creating job postings to negotiating offers. External recruiters streamline this process, handling the bulk of the workload and allowing your team to focus on core business activities.reduces costs associated with prolonged vacancies and suboptimal hiring decisions. #recruitment #recruiting #hiring #jobsearch #employment #recruiter #jobs #careers #recruitmentagency #staffing #jobseekers #nowhiring #vacancy #hiringnow #hr #humanresources #resume #job #jobhunt #jobsearching #recruiters #career #jobseeker #jobinterview #jobopening #recruitmentconsultant #jobsinjammu #jobvacancy #jobvacancies #recruitmentlife #Recruitment #ExternalRecruiters #HR #TalentAcquisition #BusinessEfficiency #HRRecruiter #HRExecutive

I am of the opinion that HR should not be the one to select potential job candidates. This function should be that of the hiring manager for the simple fact that they know what they want. HR, not being an expert in a certain field, may miss things about a candidate, such as transferable skills, that the hiring manager could spot because they understand the role better. I have had talks with HR personnel who couldn't even communicate the role properly to me or the assessment I need to do as part of the recruitment process because they didn't even know what they were talking about. #recruitment #HR #Hiringprocess
