This shall also include Digitalisation of the credit evaluation process to help the sales team do a 1st level check on credit analysis to ensure good quality credit portfolio; 2. Develop and monitor various criteria based on which the credit is evaluated; 3. Continuous Monitoring of the credit call taken and raising alarm in case of non- performance; 4. To enable reporting the performance of credit calls taken and improvements in evaluation process; 5. Develop access to various agencies like CIBIL, D&B, Banks etc to enrich the credit evaluation and controllership process; 6. Set-up strong benchmarks for the process and metrics to ensure low defaults; 7. Co-ordination with rating agencies to drive rating exercise; 8. Informative MIS reporting on the process measures; 9. Drive system automation to re-orient business processes; 10. Identification of avenues for improvement and driving them for results; Key Competencies - Credit Analysis & Controllership Set up a process of receiving credit proposals; Quick Turnaround on calls to be accepted or rejected based on the evaluation criteria Allocate credit limits for smooth flow of business; Continuous review of limits and blockage/freeing of the same based on performance pattern, market inputs and other developments; Management MIS reporting Timely reporting of Management MIS; Advising improvements/corrective actions for process improvements/cost reductions; Strong working relationships with Inter/Intra departmental stakeholders Ensure strong working relationships with Inter/Intra department stakeholders to help built internal competencies; A. Functional competencies required: 1. In-depth knowledge of Credit Evaluation process; 2. Detailed understanding of Finance & SD module of SAP; If Interested ,Please share your resume at nehaatriwal@boyenhaddin.com Please share references .
