Strategy isn’t something you “set and forget.” It’s something you continually assess and evolve. The best startups I’ve worked with do this better than most. Here’s their recipe: - Align on a strategy - Model the economics of that strategy - Execute/measure the results - Tweak/shift the strategy And then, guess what they do next? They repeat the cycle.
