Ramadan Wisdom Sharing Sessions - "Achi Baat" 🌙✨
"At the heart of every successful organization lies a culture of sharing knowledge." 📚💡
This Ramadan, the HR Team at One Network initiated daily Knowledge & Wisdom sharing session "Achi Baat". These sessions serve as a platform for the team members to come together and exchange valuable insights, particularly focusing on the profound teachings of Ramadan and the Holy Quran. Through these knowledge-sharing sessions, we aim to delve deeper into the teachings of Ramadan and the Quran, extracting timeless wisdom that transcends boundaries and enriches our understanding.
As the famous saying goes, "Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family." 📚💡- Kofi Annan
and
"Knowledge increase by Sharing" 📚💡 - Unknown
By pooling our collective knowledge and experiences, we empower each other to grow, innovate, and thrive.
"Achi Baat" has proved to be journey of knowledge sharing and discovery. Together, we can illuminate the path towards excellence and make a lasting impact, not only within our organization but also in the broader community by retaining the shared knowledge and Wisdom.

In a few minutes, I'll be diving into Bumbi’s journey with university students—it’s going to be exciting and challenging! The fun part? Inspiring future leaders and changemakers to see how sustainable solutions can transform industries and save the planet. The tricky part? These students ask the tough, smart questions. They’ll definitely push us to think harder and improve. But that’s what makes it so energizing—bringing their fresh ideas and enthusiasm into the conversation will only fuel innovation at Bumbi!

I got an opportunity to be a PIC and supervisor of project in Pers Mahasiswa Pijar USU. It was such a grateful experience for me. For the first time, Pers Mahasiswa Pijar USU held an offline event to collaborate with BijakMemilih.id, an initiative from Think Policy Indonesia. We runed an event called BMx Persma Pijar USU. In this event, we bring the theme "Pemilu 2024: Media, Hoax, dan Pilihanku" which consists of oration, discussion, and aspiration space. The objectives of this event are to spread awareness to young people to be wise in their choices and vote in Pemilu 2024. Successfully we gain 140+ participants, 1 knowledge partner which is YouTube, and 5+ media partner. I want to show my gratitude to Bijak Memilih.id and also my committee team; Ayu Nabila, Arya Duta Fahriansyah, Alya Rizky Fitriani, Alya Ridzki Nazahwa and other members for their support and contributions throughout this project.
With this opportunity, I hope we can grow together and keep making other projects that will give impact to others!

In "Dialog Capres Bersama Kadin: Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045" on Thursday afternoon (11/1), Presidential Candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo, highlighted 3 strategies to elevate Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to the next level.
Firstly, ensuring that MSMEs precisely know what they are working on. Secondly, securing assistance for access to capital. And finally, providing mentorship to help them advance with the support of Ambassadors to launch Indonesian products internationally. 🚀💼

The proposed plan by the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) to transform the region into an economic and technological hub perfectly complements the Qew Group's ongoing initiative to establish a halal hub. Adding to this synergy is the construction of the Asian Digital Halal Hub in Kedah, facilitated by the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) on behalf of the Asian Development Bank and the Economic Planning Unit (EPU).
This hub will serve as a centralized solution for both domestic and international halal markets, offering integrated services in one location. The progress of the Asian Digital Halal Hub is evident as it steadily surpasses milestones, particularly in the Bukit Kayu Hitam area, showcasing its rapid development and steadfast dedication to its goals, especially under Qew Group Berhad's Bright Future segment.

In this post, we will continue to discuss about culture of innovation within an organization.
Innovation can be categorized as a hard-competency or technical ability that is measurable and relatively easy to learn. On the other hand, a culture of innovation reflects soft-competency which is more challenging to develop. However, when a culture of innovation in an organization has been firmly established, it will serve as a strong foundation for the development of innovation in the organization.
Cultivating a culture of innovation is a long-term endeavour that must be undertaken by every public sector organization. It helps organization in avoiding the trap of solely pursuing short-term innovation target. An innovative work culture stands as a crucial asset, ensuring an organization's sustained high performance over time.
Based on such consideration, Center for HRD, Central Kalimantan Province, invited me to share strategies for developing a culture of innovation. For me, this is a visionary initiative to balance short-term targets with big dreams in the long term. Moreover, Indonesia's bureaucratic reform vision is to create a world-class bureaucracy, so building a culture of innovation is an inseparable part of this vision.
During the sharing session, I underscored the pivotal role of Human Resource Development (HRD) in fortifying a culture of innovation. I drew an analogy from the story of the rivalry between Masamune and Muramasa, two prominent samurai warriors in Japanese history. For a detailed exploration of their story, I invite you to view my explanation in the video link provided, covering my lecture from minutes 1:01:57 to 1:41:45. Enjoy watching!
