Key Highlights: 📚 CDA Bylaws and Regulations: Explored the intricacies of urban planning, delving into the guidelines set by the CDA to ensure sustainable and compliant development. 🏡 Architectural Design: Crafted detailed architecture drawings for a 5250 sqft villa. Prepared full submission drawing according to CDA bylaws. 🏗️ Structural Drawings: Engineered a robust structure that aligns with safety standards and architectural vision. Balancing form and function to create a secure and aesthetically pleasing space. 🎨Rendered Elevations: Brought the villa to life with vibrant and realistic renderings, showcasing how the design blends into the surrounding environment. 🛋️Interior Design: Infused personality into every corner of the villa, focusing on creating functional and stylish living spaces.
