“Shaping the UK’s Emergency Services” will air THIS Sunday, 21st January, on Sky Digital Channel 181 at 10:00 A.M.
The emergency service sector is arguably one of the most important sectors in the world. It helps combat crime, put out fatal fires and save citizens’ lives daily. This is what makes innovation within the sector so important. Innovation leads to faster reaction times, more accessibility, and overall, better services.
The sector within the UK is booming. Continued innovation means the quality of services is consistently evolving. New innovations and technological advancements have not only enhanced the quality of emergency services but also led to a massive reduction in production time for cars, lights, kits and everything else used within the sector.
However, though there have been many positive changes in recent years within emergency services, there still are some challenges. Disruptions in the supply chain, rising costs and lack of government funding are only some of the issues companies struggle with.
Special thanks to K Lamb Associates, Woodway Engineering and Turtle Defib Cabinets for their participation.
