When you bring automation and ESG into manufacturing, you automatically start gathering critical data that will allow the companies to know what's really going on in their facility. We work with our clients to leverage digital twins, which is becoming more and more familiar in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment now. Digital twins mean something different for everybody. Some see it as this full simulation, some see it as really just a 3D model. But where we had the most impact with our clients is with what I call performance twin. And what that does is it takes the physical world and it represents it in the digital space. Digital Twins allows you to gather the critical data that's needed to make real time decisions and whether it's your process or how your facility is performing. A good example would be when you're making a capsule or a tablet and you're blend has to blend for so long and be a certain particle size. Current and old manufacturing ways would be after the blend you pull a sample and that sample gets sent out for testing and then once the testing comes back and if this testing is OK, you would move forward with your manufacturing process if it's not OK. Your manufacturing process just got delayed. The API Active pharmaceutical ingredient could be very costly for clients. Digital Twins allows you to do real time data gathering where it can tell you your particle size while you're blending and if something is going off on the particle side, you can adjust right then at that moment to save a lot of batch and API as compared to finding out once it's completely blended together. Now you can visualize that the changes you've made on the environmental side are actually recognized and seen by the stakeholders within your factory, within your company, and you can showcase that out in full transparency on the social side. You've got workplace safety, you've got product quality, and automation can help there too. It communicates to the shareholders, to the regulatory bodies all the information that's needed to showcase that your ESG. Is impactful and this isn't just greenwashing, you are actually impacting the sights, the communities and the positive way that you know your management might be sharing publicly. And now you can back it up with data, which is crucial, I think for transparency and really showcasing how much you care.
