If we improve our behaviors, we can change the dynamics of our team (FAMILY, BUSINESS, CHURCH COMMUNITY, etc) If we change the dynamics of our team, we can improve our team’s performance measured towards the goal. Practice is the start of behaviour change. Why? When we ask leaders to practice, they immediately understand that they don't have to be perfect to try doing something different. At the same time, when we ask our participants to practice it keeps them accountable. They have to keep trying.
