I help home service business owners and leaders scale their companies through workflow automation, systems integration, and process optimization.
Ever though about delivering a portal for your customers? How about your vendors? Or maybe you need to build an internal app... There are lots of great solutions out there and I've had the privilege (anyone else struggle to spell this word? Thanks spell check! 😎 ) to build and deploy solutions on many of them. One that continues to push the limits of what is possible is Softr. Yesterday they announced the ability to integrate with SQL (link in the first comment) which is HUGE and let me tell you why... Previously, most people deployed Softr in combination with Airtable as their backend. Unfortunately, Airtable ultimately has record count limitations. Now, if you think or know that your database will ultimately exceed those limits you have the option of deploying an application/portal/etc. built on Softr with a SQL backend. Have you always wanted a customer portal/vendor portal/custom app/etc. but don't know where to start? Do you have questions on this? Drop them below or shoot me a DM!

When delving into the intricacies of my E-commerce project, I stumbled upon a gem that saved me from countless debugging headaches! 🛠️💼 Ever encountered mysterious errors in your Node.js app due to unhandled promise rejections? 🤔 Fear not! Here's a simple yet powerful snippet to catch those sneaky errors and gracefully handle them. 💻✨ 👉 What's happening: 🕵️♂️ We're setting up an event listener to catch unhandled promise rejections. 📣 Logging the error message to the console for visibility. 🚪 Closing the server gracefully to ensure a clean shutdown. 🚨 Exiting the process with a status code of 1 to indicate an error. 👨💻 Embrace best practices, handle those rejections, and keep your Node.js applications running smoothly! 💪🚀 #NodeJS #EcommerceDevelopment #CodingTips #ErrorHandling #LinkedInLearning

I have a question. I have encountered this issue multiple times in web applications. When we log in to the website, new users are awarded a welcome discount, such as 30% off on their first purchase. Additionally, the website allows the use of temporary email addresses, even unverified users can make purchases. As a result, an unverified user can place an order with the 30% discount, then create a new account with a different email (e.g., anything@gmail.com) to receive the welcome deal again and order something with the 30% discount as an unverified user. I report the same thing on Bugcrowd program and they mark my submission as n/a #bug #help #bugcrowd #hunt #program #ecommerce #needadvice

Hi connections ✨ Planning in backend: The backend plays a crucial role in the functionality and performance of an app designing and building the server-side of an application, which powers the app's logic, database, and integrations with other systems user authentication and authorization, handling HTTP requests and responses, data validation and manipulation, and managing files and data storage #backenddeveloper #planningjobs #backendjobs

Hello, I’ve developed an application that identifies differences between two tables or databases, with some unique features! Instead of relying solely on matching IDs, my app works with any unique column to find and synchronize differences. It can even detect if the unique column is the ID and match across tables automatically. You can use this app to migrate configuration data from development and pre-production environments to the production environment seamlessly! Key Features: No need for identical IDs in both tables—any unique column works Automatically detects and matches unique columns, including ID columns Generates SQL queries for DML operations to sync the differences between tables This is the first version, so there may be some issues, and I’m working on adding more functionalities. If you're interested, I'd love your feedback and contributions! I’ve included an illustration to demonstrate how the app works. Check out the GitHub repo https://lnkd.in/gARyiNj6, and feel free to reach out if you'd like to collaborate or have any questions.
