Helping solopreneurs sell 4-5 figure offers while working less & power writing | Served: 250+ clients. 2,000+ customers. $3.4M in client sales. See my Modern Maker Model → swipemymojo.com
How I turn a customer to a client in record time: There’s many ways to turn a customer to a client. • Long free course funnels • Sales calls • G-Doc offers • Workshops Whatever works for you. I’ve found this to work for me: 1/ Low ticket offer Once someone opts into my list, I make a low ticket offer to join a workshop. This is a day pass. I’m going to do these anyway for my Modern Maker community. 2/ Make a text-based offer To all once off customers, I sent a G-Doc with an offer. If they like the workshop and want more, they can become clients. If they don’t, no problem. Two steps, no hard selling. You get a yes or a no. They keep the recordings regardless. The more offers you make, the more offers you can make. One simple invite a day keeps the doctor away. PS. I go into more details on my email list. Hit ‘visit my website’ at the top and you’ll hear from me tomorrow (it’s free).

How well do you understand your users? Here’s the truth… Most companies don’t fully grasp who their users are. Why? There are three main reasons: ➡ They’re treating buyers and users as equals ➡ Their customer research is a one-off event ➡ They don’t have an Ideal User Failing to know your idea user means struggling to get them to sign up, provide value, and upgrade. When you define your ideal user, you know exactly what to give away for free and can craft an offer specifically for them. And we can help you do exactly that. In ProductLed Academy, we work with you to nail down your ideal user. In live workshops, Wes Bush coaches you through this and eight other crucial elements to empower you to scale your product-led business without a sales team. Our next cohort starts next month. Ever wondered why some software demos instantly captivate while others are boring? The secret isn't what you present, but HOW you present it 👇 If your demos aren't converting, you might be missing out on these two crucial elements that can dramatically change your results. First off, let's debunk a common myth: closing a deal doesn't always happen right after the demo, especially in big enterprises. But what if I told you the way you deliver your demo could set the stage for a seamless close, regardless of the company size? Here’s what I mean: the power of delivery in a demo is similar to the impact of a public speaker. Passion is your secret weapon. Ever noticed how the best speakers captivate their audience with sheer enthusiasm? That's your goal. Your audience will never be more excited about your product than you are. So, let your passion shine through every word. But beware of the demo killer - monotony. A monotone delivery is the fastest way to lose your audience's attention. Curious to learn more about these transformative techniques and elevate your software demos from good to unforgettable? Check out my latest training video where I discuss the art of delivering impactful demos that not only engage but convert. Master these strategies, and watch your demo success soar. 🚀 #PresentationSkills #DemoSuccess #mattschats
