Haha, so true! 😅 But hey, on the bright side, we sales pros are like modern-day superheroes: Adaptable: Turning "no" into "yes" is our superpower. Networking Ninjas: We've got connections everywhere. Master Negotiators: Selling ice to penguins is just another day for us. Resilient: Rejection? We bounce back stronger. Always Learning: Every day is a crash course in psychology and market trends. So, while the ride is tough, we've got some epic skills! Keep rocking those deals fam! 🚀

When you realize that out of all "qualified" leads on a pie chart like this, your true qualified leads are hidden somewhere inside these black lines dividing the colours on this pie chart...

I have to say this is wildly ironic. I see so many laughing at this and describing the horror of sales. For 30 years I have had different titles involving Sales. I am 100% honest with my customers that I am no Salesman. I've told bosses if they want someone to sell ice to an Eskimo, you don't want me! I align myself with the best products for the industry and I supply my customers with them and only the products they need with the best service. There's ups and downs but if you join the right company it's the best career ever. If it's only about money and numbers. Find a new career

And yet, nothing ever happens until someone somewhere sells something! Maybe #CrazyTalk, it's time for sales PROFESSIONALS to a) create their own happiness, b) invest in work-life blending, and c) earn respect through: 1. Less cheese, sleaze, or otherwise disrespectful tactics, 2. Greater value-add in every interaction! 3. Behave like a peer - stop chasing, graveling, or acting desperate! Relationships matter more than ever, and CRM has Forgotten the R! It's time to get back in the arena and focus on fewer, more meaningful, and impactful relationships!
