Generally, I don’t like the term “sales”. The term conotates transaction over relationship. Transaction is fleeting, moment to moment. I don’t enjoy that type of “selling“. I enjoy long-term business relationships that are a win-win for both parties. I try to push our solution over any product we would ever have. That’s why restoration is service. That’s what I like and that’s why I excel.

Some leaders used to say: focus on solution, dont focus on the problem. But they focus on people’s weaknesses instead of their strengths and they keep repeating it. From my point of view, both are the same. Do not waste time focusing the negative side, redirect your focus to the positive side.

If we adapt this mind set and replace negative thoughts with these words. A lot can be accomplished. Most of us are guilty of having a pre-set idea of where we want to be and what we want to be without taking the necessary steps to achieve and answer the questions of where and what. Take a moment to re-evaluate your methods by being humble and learning through others so you may excel in whatever path you might choose.
