Good to remember what is obvious and how to contribute to it. It is known that the role of the CIO has evolved significantly, transcending its traditional boundaries. Over the last 5 years, I had the chance to lead some transformation of our IT department, building part of the Office of the CIO (OoCIO).  My learnings: the OoCIO is not just about managing technology; it's about steering the ship through the dynamic currents of digital transformation.  The OoCIO is composed of architects of change, orchestrating the symphony of performance management, business relationship management, product management, vendor management, bringing future-ready talent IT workforce together to create an harmonious and efficient IT Operating Model. The 2023 achievements are composed of lots of things happened. My outcome is not measured solely by technological achievements. It is equally shaped by the culture we foster within our teams, the relationships we build across the organization and the level of satisfactions shared from our stakeholders. Together we made it! 🤩 And now, I am feeling full of energy to continue the journey during 2024. Best wishes to every one! 🍀 🌞

I'm Brazilian, born in Atibaia, a tiny city near São Paulo. I have a degree in International Relations and am passionate about new cultures and experiences. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐲? Not only with the team but also with the customer who is committed to the same purpose. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛? Keeping a balance between what the customer wants, what he needs, and what is possible. It involves constant client maintenance and understanding both sides of the business really well; that of the client, and that of the company you represent. 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? Competence is not knowing everything, but being able to learn something new when necessary. 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
