I was thinking about how the interview process has been going for me and I have mixed emotions. I am proud of myself because I’ve been courageous. More to come on that.. I am always counting on my next opportunity coming tomorrow, I welcome it into my next role. I am happy that I have manifested having wonderful support around me; past connections that I want to deepen and solidify as well as newer people that I have met that have supported me. Past management that I have worked with in the past few years has been nothing short of a dream. Tracy Aitcheson Steven Rizzi Patrick Hirst Cate McCaffery I thank you at Hubspot and hope you all are doing tremendous. I am so excited to share my skills and abilities in Approvals Management, Process Adherence and so much more. I want to drive the car further and faster I think I am just so ready to excel I’m considering branching and pivoting into paths that I had shut out before such as tech sales. Allen Hughes III says that I’d do great at tech sales and I am willing to re-enter that world as a #salesenigneer. Although #customersuccess will always be my love. Those customers just excite me so much. Their insights helped me refine my approach and ultimately secure this opportunity. As a result, I've received numerous interviews, job offers, and now possibilities. With over 5 years of diverse experience, I have honed my skills in customer onboarding, implementation, and engagement. ❤️❤️ Let's connect if you know of any exciting opportunities or just want to chat about these fields! #Hiring #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment

🚀 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐃𝐑/𝐁𝐃𝐑 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 : Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of interviewing close to 70 candidates for SDR/BDR roles. From those conversations, I've gained invaluable insights into what makes an SDR standout and what can easily make a candidate fall short. If you’re looking to break into the world of sales development these are some lessons you can apply to level up your game: 1️⃣ 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐆𝐮𝐲: If you’re eager to kickstart your career in the B2B world, don’t just apply on job portals and hope for the best. Stand out and go beyond the minimum effort—chances of getting noticed are slim otherwise. 2️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐱: Cold calling and emailing are expected now, but what else can you do to grab attention? Creativity and originality are what will make you stand out. 3️⃣ 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 & 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞: Don’t just focus on your skills—show you’ve got the drive to take the team to new heights. A genuine passion and hunger for success go a long way. 4️⃣ 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤: I’ve noticed too many candidates don’t ask for feedback during or after an interview. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn and improve for future roles. 5️⃣ 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐔𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: A thoughtful follow-up note can make all the difference. It shows professionalism, gratitude, and keen interest. To all the aspiring SDRs/BDRs out there: don’t just go through the motions—go above and beyond. The extra effort you put in today will pay off tomorrow. #SalesDevelopment #SalesLeadership #HiringTips #CareerGrowth #B2B #SalesTips #SalesCareer #InterviewSuccess
