As we open windows to catch summer breezes, it's the perfect time to give your window screens some attention. Clean screens not only look better but also improve air quality by reducing dust and pollen entering your home. Here's a simple method: 1. Remove screens and lay them on a flat surface outdoors. 2. Gently vacuum both sides using a brush attachment. 3. Mix warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap in a bucket. 4. Use a soft brush to scrub the screens gently with the soapy water. 5. Rinse with a garden hose on a gentle setting. 6. Let screens air dry completely before reinstalling. For stubborn grime, add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to your cleaning solution. Clean screens make a noticeable difference in how fresh your home looks and feels. #IndoorAirQuality #SummerCleaningHacks #HealthyHome #DIYCleaning #SummerCleaning

Condensation on your windows? Here is how to help mitigate that. -turn down humidifier to 10 or off..If you have hardwood floors you may need to keep it at 35 to prevent it from drying and shrinking -when cooking and showering turn on exhaust fans to remove the humidity for 30minutes after use. - reduce temperature inside to 16-18C, you may need to wear a sweater - pull up blinds and push curtains to the side, this allows airflow on the windows and helps remove the moisture -dont speak moistly https://lnkd.in/e6zQtuRj
