Supporting doctors to work out what to do with their career so that they can get back to enjoying life. 1:1 coaching and workshops.

Working out whether to stay in or leave the world of medicine can feel like an overwhelming decision.   I know, I’ve been there, and it matters to me that other doctors who find themselves in this position have the support that they need to navigate this.   You work extraordinarily hard to support others and yet the culture within medicine can often leave you feeling that you should be able to sort this out on your own – YOU don’t need support.   What a load of baloney.   We all need support along the way – and it’s so much easier than going it alone.   But only you can choose to get that support – nobody else can do it for you.   What are you choosing otherwise?   If you want a free, no-obligation call to find out more about how I support doctors in this situation, link is in the comments ⤵️ #careerdirection #careercoaching #doctors #generalpractitioners #medicine

Completely agree, that crossroads/big decision can be incredibly overwhelming and tricky to navigate without support, given how much is wrapped up with the identity that's been built around it. Coaching was how I could envision a future of staying within medicine but prioritising my own health first and foremost.

Dr Sally Hambly Absolutely, making the decision to stay in or leave the world of medicine is significant and can feel overwhelming. It's essential to recognize that seeking support is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step towards clarity and well-being.🙌🏽
