Leading Beyond Hierarchy & Becoming Regenerative | Coach, Consultant & Facilitator

As #djokovic and #alcaraz prepare for their Championship Final today, they'll be walking out onto Centre Court passed this Rudyard Kipling quote: “If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same” How poignant it is to put these particular words at the entrance to one of the greatest sporting arenas in the world. For all of the media attention, money, effort, talent, hype and excitement of #wimbledon2023, this quote is a leveller, reminding us that both triumph and disaster are illusions of our own making. BUT.... We don't live our lives that way. ~ We live our lives as though winning makes us who we are. ~ We have absorbed the inherent need to win into our psyches in a way that it becomes difficult to challenge. ~ We are unable to recognise the bad habits around winning. All of this has led winning to be an ‘at all costs’ option. So.... do you feel like you are winning or losing? #orgdesign #organisationalculture #economics #regenerativebusiness #circulareconomy
