Going to leave to contribute to the workshop on Accident Investigation (AIG) organized by ICAO ESAF and WACAF Regional Offices, and EASA, within the framework of the EU funded project EU-Africa Safety in Aviation (EU-ASA). The workshop (6-8 May), hosted by the ICAO regional office in Dakar, will include the following subjects: -         Establishment of a network of African accident/incident safety investigation authorities. -         Link between State Safety Programme (SSP) and aircraft/incident investigation. -         Use of ECCAIRS2 in relation to Annex 13 and Annex 19 of the Chicago Convention. Contributions expected from #EASA, #ICAO, #BAGAIA, #ENCASIA, as well as many Safety Investigation Authorities of the African Region.
